Missing! TENANT RENTAL PROCEDURE:

1) We request your picture ID and current address (for everyone that is going to reside
in the unit), move-in date and length of rental and we prepare the offer (contract to
lease) and send it to you via our online signing service (Sabal Sign);
2) We collect your supporting documents (tenant application form, credit report, last 3
paystubs, employment letter);
3) We submit the complete package to the landlord for his/her acceptance and
counter signature on the offer.
4) You deposit the first months’ rent deposit with us;
5) We prepare the actual lease agreement and you sign via Sabal Sign.
6) We submit the lease agreement to the landlord for his/her countersignature.
7) With the fully executed lease you apply online for condo approval with Tenant
Evaluation at least 30 days before the start date (there is an expedited service for an
additional fee).
8) You are approved by Tenant Evaluation
9) The condo will schedule a phone or in-person interview and issue the Condo
Approval Letter after that.
10) You can schedule the move-in and reserve the loading dock and the elevator.
11) On the move-in day we will conduct the key exchange: you will bring a check (or send a Zelle payment or wire) with the last months’ rent, security deposit and end-cleaning fee, receive the inventory and key receipt and a works/does not work check-list and of course the keys.
